At the start of this project, there were a lot of unanswered questions like " what problems are company owners going through? What solutions can we provide and In what ways have they been solving those issues previously? .
After conducting a series of interviews and surveys we were able to pick out distinct goals/needs that the users had in common.
Here, brainstorming sessions were conducted to get an idea of the general scope of the product and to do so user personas were created to serve as references for our key audience.

By the end of the session 2 key flow scenarios were determined.

After deciding on the user flows, design ideas were made into sketches and then upon proper analysis the initial designs were narrowed down by separating the good ones from those that just couldn't work. Here are some of our final ideas.
These low-fi sketches were made into prototypes that were used for the testing phase.

To test the low-fi prototypes, business owners and their customers were brought in (in pairs) and were asked to complete a mission using MAZE testing tool. This was done to determine if the users would go through the flows using the expected pathways we had previously determined.

After final iterations were done the high fidelity prototypes were made, since we have 2 specific users here are both of their dashboards.

The number of incoming customers increased to 23 people per week, the product also led to a rise in the number of positive feedbacks from customers.
