This product was designed using the lean UX framework which required us to go through several phases of iterations before deciding on the final product.
First, I interviewed 50 individuals some with extremely busy schedules while others had more flexible jobs. These people had a lot to say most of which were pain points.

Initial surveys were conducted using google forms, after which a second phase of the research was conducted face to face.

After taking into consideration the information extracted from the surveys a user flow was curated.

This user flow was then used as a reference for design ideas that were put together and made into digital low fidelity wireframes.

To gain feedback for future iterations we tested the low-fi prototype with a number of target users. User pain points while going through the flows were taken note of and a series of iterations were made based on the insights gotten.

Since we needed to provide a solution to the users at the quickest possible time we created an MVP ; a design that was easy to use with all the basic features needed to get the user to their goal. Here are some of the final screens

There was a 25% increase in cashflow for the business after the first month of releasing the mobile app. There has also been a massive influx of positive feedbacks by users who make use of the Ratings and Review feature on the app.
